The weather in Wisconsin this September has been nothing short of glorious. We have truly been spoiled and I have loved every minute of it.
The Sunday before last started with us trying to check a few things off of our to-do list. Figuring out the boys room seems to be a never-ending task for me. One of Quinn’s request was a workspace, so when we saw a desk on clearance for $14, we went for it.
Hudson is obsessed with building and tools so this was his idea of perfection.
The kids had their school picnic, which was a potluck–so naturally we stopped and picked up chips on the way there. Hudson was excited to be included. He is use to just dropping off Quinn and Eleanor at school. He felt pretty special to be joining them and playing on their school playground.
We had a million super-productive things planned for the afternoon. The to-do list is crazy long, but the weather was just too gorgeous!!
One of our favorite fall activities last year was apple picking. A gorgeous afternoon without any scheduled plans meant we simply had to take the trek out to the country for some apple picking.
It was a little bit heartbreaking to not be able to indulge in their donuts, because they are so delicious. I’m kind of missing out on all the fun fall treats this year, but a healthy baby is worth it.
Now that we have a plethora of apples, I got to thinking about what we could do them. Since I was already looking into it, I thought I would share with you. Here are 15 super yummy looking apple recipes.
