Is there anything more classic than cookies and milk for the holidays? If you plan on doing any baking or entertaining this holiday season, we have got you covered.
Working with The Hershey Company, I created a fun cookie bar, recreating all the classic recipes from Hershey. For Quinn’s birthday I had reached out to some food blogging friends to find out what their favorite chocolate cake recipe was and quite a few ladies swore by HERSHEY’S “PERFECTLY CHOCOLATE” Chocolate Cake Recipe and it did not disappoint. I used Hershey’s recipes right off the package and each one of them was so delicious. I’m still blown away by how chewy the Reese’s Chewy Chocolate cookies are days later.
We ended up making Secret Almond Cookies, Double Peanut Butter & Milk Chocolate Chip Cookies, Hershey’s Perfect Chocolate Chip Cookies, Reese’s Chewy Chocolate Cookies, Heath Bits Peanut Butter Blossoms, Hershey’s Kisses Peanut Butter Blossoms and Hershey’s Kisses Candy Cane Blossoms. They are all yummy!
There are fun little labels for your cookie bar available in two options. One is plain, where you can write in whatever you need and the other option are the labels with all the Hershey cookie recipes we used for our cookie bar already on the label. I attached the labels with tape and ribbon. Super simple stuff here friends, because I believe everyone should be able to enjoy hosting a fabulous celebration with out going crazy or breaking the bank! How fun would it be to invite friends over with their cookies, fill out a label, tape it on and everyone gets to enjoy an amazing cookie bar without all the work falling on you!
I also think everything is more festive with bunting and ribbon banners.
There are two ribbon banner designs, Merry Christmas and Cookie & Milk.
Nothing is more important when you are hosting people than this:
Yes! Let’s “Eat, Drink & Be Merry”. There are fun straw flags that say North Pole to dress up your milk.
If you plan on sending any cookies home with your guests or if you are one of those people thinking, “this setup is beautiful, but it is never going to happen”, this simple gift tag is a great way to share cookies with your friends this holiday season.
The husband and I whipped up these fun printables to take it to the next level without breaking the bank. These printables work great for a cookie exchange party, holiday entertaining, Christmas decorating and Christmas gifts.
And if you to-do list gets too long and all your best intentions of baking go out the window, throw some Hershey’s Kisses in a bag and wish everyone a Merry KISSmas!
Do you do a cookie exchange? What is your favorite cookie recipe? I was kind of surprised by how much I loved the Secret Almond Cookies, but I’m not entirely sure I can pick a favorite. I keep taste testing them just to make sure ;). Be sure to follow the links below to grab your printables.
