I had so much fun creating the coloring page binder covers during back to school that I decided to get my doodle on again. I find the doodling and the coloring to be very therapeutic. It always feels good to create. The kids busted out their paper and got right to creating with me. I feel pretty fortunate that I can refer to something as fun as this as “work”.
I’m lucky to have my two jobs be caring for my family and creating content for here.
Today’s doodle is a pumpkin–perfect for fall/Thanksgiving/Halloween. I loved quiet activities like this (that the kids could get lost in) when I was teaching. A little handout like this was perfect for keeping them busy while we passed out treats, etc. Do you have any idea how crazy the classroom can get for Halloween? Costumes and sugar and it is all just too much excitement.
